Courier account and billing information
Our Shopify app helps merchants create, print, and cancel courier vouchers/shipping labels by connecting to supported third-party courier APIs. The app does not sell or resell courier services, shipping labels, or delivery services.
To use the courier integration, merchants must already have an active account or commercial agreement with the courier provider they want to use. The courier provider supplies the merchant with API credentials, which the merchant enters into the app so the app can connect to the courier API on the merchant’s behalf.
Our app subscription fees are billed through Shopify App Pricing. Courier-related fees, shipment fees, label fees, or delivery charges, if applicable, are billed directly by the courier provider to the merchant under their separate agreement with that courier provider. These charges are not collected by us, are not app charges, and are not part of the app’s Shopify billing flow.
Our app does not use Shopify’s native shipping label purchase functionality. All courier vouchers/labels are generated through the merchant’s own third-party courier account.
How to register for a courier service
To use this app with a supported courier, merchants should contact the courier provider directly and request:
- a business/customer account;
- access to the courier’s API service;
- API credentials for voucher/shipping label creation.
Once the courier provides the credentials, the merchant can enter them in the app settings.
